Andy started out as professional athlete and in the off seasons would buy, rehab and sell homes.  As an exercise science major at the University of Utah, Andy utilized his degree and went into business after his NFL days were over.  He built and established his own health club where he could engage his passion for helping people.  His experience with building and rehabbing houses came in handy while he built his last 20,000 sq. ft. health club project, which he built from scratch.  Even as a child, Andy’s father was a general contractor and Andy was swinging a hammer even from an early age.  Andy has a passion for helping people and doing things of significance.  To Andy, real estate is significant.   Whether you are a family trying to find the right place or an investor looking for a win win, Andy is committed to exceeding your needs.  This is why he is the VP of an affordable housing non-profit organization.  This organization has helped thousands of people find affordable homes or apartments since 1989.  Today, as a Realtor and broker associate at Nextage Premier Realty,  Andy continues to perform with excellence.  He has taken the drive and determination that it took to be a professional athlete and has applied it to the field of Real Estate.  Service and relationships is what drives Andy along with the sense of connection he strives to reach with his clients.  Andy grew up in San Diego, where he graduated from high school and even played professional football.  Andy, his wife Jennifer and their three kids have lived in San Diego for the past 25 years.  He is excited to team up with Nextage in Encinitas as well as helping you when its time to buy or sell your home.
